This Cookie Policy explains how 187DEF SRL ("187DEF", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on 187.ro and its subdomains. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

We use cookies in accordance with the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC as transposed by Romanian Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data in the electronic communications sector, and with the GDPR.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember actions and preferences, keep itself working, and in some cases measure how it is used. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) work in comparable ways and are covered by this policy.

2. The cookies we use

Strictly necessary

Required for the Site to function. These do not require consent.

• cookie-consent, cookie-consent-timestamp - 187.ro - record that you dismissed the cookie notice, so it is not shown again. Local storage, persistent until cleared.
• __cf_bm, cf_clearance - Cloudflare - bot management and protection against abuse and DDoS. Set by our CDN/WAF provider. Session to ~30 days.
• Cloudflare Turnstile - challenges.cloudflare.com - set on the contact page only, to verify that a form submission is human. Short-lived.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-preserving. It records aggregate traffic statistics (page views, referrers, country, device class) without setting tracking cookies, without cross-site identifiers, and without building user profiles. No behavioural tracking, no ad-tech, no third-party sharing.

Marketing

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. We do not track you across sites.

3. Your consent and how to manage it

Strictly necessary cookies are set automatically because the Site cannot work without them. This is permitted under Law no. 506/2004 without consent.

We set no non-essential cookies, so the banner on your first visit is a notice rather than a consent request - there is nothing for you to switch off. Were we ever to add a non-essential cookie or a tracking script, it would be set only after you give consent. You can:

• dismiss the notice via the banner;
• clear site data in your browser to see it again;
• control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Withdrawing consent does not affect cookies already used before withdrawal. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Site works.

4. Third-party cookies
